Doctor Who + FREE = *GASP* :D
I LOVE LOVE LOVE David Tennant, but am so excited to see what Matt Smith does with the role. Doctor Who is an absolutely amazing show which is how it's been able to stick around then be redone and be successful for so long. The new companion seems promising. Can't wait until April 17!
Very good stuff
Doctor who's is funny and light hearted
Saw the premiere at Wondercon 2010
I was skeptical that a kid who barely looks old enough to drive could play the Doctor, but I thought Matt did a brilliant job as the Doctor! He brings back a bit more madness to the role, a la Tom Baker-ish even. And the script for the first episode written by Stephen Moffat was excellent. The entire show had such an energy to it, you just have to grab on and hang on for the ride! If the rest of the series maintains this level of creativity and energy, I think we're going to have a wild ride.
