Description

The Simpsons returns for its record-annihilating 23rd season on the air. You'll learn the answer to Nedna: yes or no, visit the planet of Kang and Kodos during the "Treehouse of Horror" on October 30, and share the shock of Homer and Marge as the Simpsons are banned from Springfield forever in the milestone 500th episode on February 19, 2012. Guest stars you won't see on any other cartoon include Keifer Sutherland, Gordon Ramsay, Jane Lynch, Joan Rivers, Ted Nugent, Andy Garcia, Jeremy Irons, Michael Cera, Bryan Cranston, guerilla artist Shepard Fairey, Lady Gaga, and Jeremy Irons as the voice of Moe's bar rag. Add in a few more surprises, like Banksy's shock couch gag from Season 22, and you won't want to miss an episode!

HERE'S FOR IMPROVEMENT!

"The Simpsons", as many of you well know, has been lagging in the creativity department for some time now since they've tackled just about every idea for an episode plot in existence. Hopefully, this season will be ten times funnier than the previous ones. After watching the first episode with special guest Keifer Sutherland, things at least look like they're starting to turn around. Okay, so I might be one of the few people left who actually still watches "The Simpsons" on a regular basis, but who says that's a bad thing? "The Simpsons" freakin' rules, and it always will till the end of time!

Simpsons Forever!

Been watching The Simpsons since the beginning. May they Reign forever!

Long live the simps....

I can honestly say that I have seen every episode of the Simpsons. Of course, some are more humorous than others. But, all this talk about The Simpsons not being a respectable ANIMATED series is just over-dramatic. Humor changes, as does the time. What you might not find humorous, is obviously funny to someone. Or else, the show probably wouldn't be in it's 23rd season. I think all the people who sit here trashing the Simpsons for "dumbing it down" so to speak, should go post something on jersey shores ratings. Apparently this is the type of humor that people can relate to these days. The Simpsons is a show people smile when they watch, can relax and make us laugh about our own lives without taking it to seriously. I have never posted a review on here, and have read many. Sometimes I just don't get why people trash people's hard work just because it didn't reach them. I just think of Matt groening and appreciate that he didn't become more vulgar and raunchy. He keeps The Simpsons relatively "classy" compared to modern standards. And I don't get offended easily, some of my favorite shows range from mildly offensive to the extreme. The Office and Always Sunny. But sometimes it just feels right to be a little bit more wholesome...and nostalgic.
