You'd have thought by now that Top Gear has reached double figures things would calm down a bit and the presenters would start to act their age... Well you'd be wrong. Series 10 is as ambitious as ever, featuring some challenges that only the very brave — or the very stupid — would dare to undertake. For example, who in their right mind would attempt to cross the treacherous English Channel in a fleet of amphibious cars that are less seaworthy than the average church? You guessed it — Top Gear's three intrepid presenters Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May. Of course Top Gear is much more than just three grown men who should know better larking about. There's some serious car journalism in there too with exhaustive road tests of the latest models; man versus machine experiments and weekly power tests featuring the world's most exotic super cars.

Possibly… Provoked by a letter from a Mr R Abramovitch of Chelsea demanding more tests of cars for ordinary people like him, James drives the £300,000 Rolls cabrio. The boys have a go at demonstrating in the studio how the self-parking system on the Lexus LS600 works. It would seem it's really, really complicated.
