Description

The high-octane second season takes the Torchwood team through dare-devil action, temptation, heartache, and a life-changing event. They journey to the 51st Century and World War I, save a stranded creature from horrific abuse, battle a memory thief who uncovers long-forgotten secrets among the entire team, and come face-to-face with an entity that may well be Death itself. Slick Captain Jack returns to battle a rogue Time Agent, the charismatic-but-psychopathic Captain John Hart, played by James Marsters (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Smallville). The second season also features a guest appearance from Doctor Who's Martha Jones (Freema Agymen).

Customer Reviews

It's about time!

Now all we need is to get Dr. Who on I Tunes! Still this is a great second. The second best thing on TV!

Doctor Who?

I love Torchwood. It's a great show but no Doctor Who? The most popular show in England and HUGE fans all over the world but no Doctor! I hope this changes soon. If you REALLY want to get my attention, put up some classic Doctor Who!

Torchwood Series 2 - Loved It

I love Torchwood! Series 2 is a whole lot better than Series 1 was. Better story lines and character development (though i will admit the last 2 episodes of series 1 were pretty sweet.) I AGREE! Doctor Who TOTALLY needs to be on iTunes along with MI-5 and Top Gear! I wish iTunes would get more BBC shows, since it's hard to find a way to watch them here in the states!
