Best Workout ever!
Be prepare to be amazed! I'm a ballet student and this and all of MHB's workout have helped me achieve a ballet body. (not ballerina, 'cause only the top dancers can be one) This one is about an hour long and as the title says, it makes your heart race. If you have joint problems, this is not for you as there is a lot of jumping. I just love this workout and I'd give to anybody. I have lower back problems and this has really helped! Buy it and you won't regret it. I have been doing all of the workouts, finishing 2-3 a week for 2 months and I have lost 10 lbs. and at least 2 inches off my waist, legs, and hips. I have a perfectly flat stomach! So, if you're thinking about it, buy it and use it!
