Weaponology, Season 2TV-14Closed Captioning

Open iTunes to preview or buy TV shows.

Today's battlefield is dominated by hugely reliable, hyper-lethal superweapons. Billions of dollars are spent on research and development, in a never-ending search for technological superiority. But how did these weapons evolve? Who are the men and women that gave birth to these inventions? Weaponology takes a high-tech future weapon and unlocks its family tree, tracing the roots of its existence. Season 2 tells the stories of the world's most specialized forces . . . including the U.S. Navy Seals, the U.S. Marine Corps, the Royal Marine Commandos, the Green Berets, and many more.

Customer Reviews

This is a very good show that I would definitely recommend to anyone who is curios about one weapon that they have used in a video game before ( call of duty 4, splinter cell etc...) or seen in a modern tv show or movie. It tells about modern and short future weapons, so even if you just want to find about one gun, you will instantly be hooked. I know many people (including me) choose what they buy by its popularity and number of reviews. Well obviously this one has neither, but why not spend 2 bucks on one episode? You like it, you buy more, you dont like it, you dont buy anymore, pretty simple. Thanks for reading and I have some other great reviews for other shows and a really detailed review on Prison Break with the nickname Lifeguardsrcool.

Awsome show(!)

iTunes made a great decision by adding weaponology. Season 2 is way different than the first, but it still keeps to its roots of being a great show of how militay technology has evolved over the years.

These episodes are a must buy. Even though it might not sound interresting it is great show for people wanting to learn about different weapons modified that you might see in a couple of years. One of my favorite shows. Either on the Military channel or Discover Channel. A must buy for me.
