In the second season of this upbeat comedy, sisters Holly (teen sensation Amanda Bynes) and Valerie (Jennie Garth) have moved into a New York City loft — and become well-acquainted with Holly's uncanny ability to unravel her straitlaced sibling's well-ordered life. Nevertheless, Valerie's own public relations firm, which she runs out of the loft with her quirky friend Lauren (Leslie Grossman), has hit the ground running. While Holly's feelings for cute messenger boy Vince (Nick Zano) have rifled her relationship with boyfriend Henry (Michael McMillian), she tries to maintain a friendship with both boys as she struggles to follow her heart. Meanwhile, Holly's new street-smart friend, Tina (Allison Munn), and longtime pal Gary (Wesley Jonathan) ride out all the ups and downs of living with the craziness that is Holly. No matter what happens in Holly's and Valerie's unpredictable lives, one constant remains: the sisters' affection and concern for each other's happiness.
