Me dieron un vuelo de conexión con muy poco tiempo de escala y a ultimo momento me dicen que tengo que retirar la tarjeta de embarque en el mostrador ellos no me lo pueden hacer. Tengo que hacer migraciones dos veces cuando llego a la escala y security check después de ir al mostrador en poquísimo tiempo no me va a dar para hacerlo. Y tuve suerte de que no necesitaba visa para entrar (Inglaterra) porque yo solo me había fijado si necesitaba para tránsito. Esto podría ser un problema enorme para otra persona. Son unos inútiles. Encima la página está caída y cuando por fin logro contactarme con alguien me dicen hasta que no pierdas el segundo vuelo no nos llames

Me siento estafado
Hice reclamo y no se dignan a responderme. Reclamé a la aerolínea por vuelo cancelado, me pasan comprobante que les devolvieron el dinero a Kiwi y a mi nunca me llegó.
