SurgiChart is a secure, private, HIPAA-compliant surgical case log that allows surgeons to post, plan, and share their cases. It's a free, cloud-based service accessed through SurgiChart.com or through the app for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. Add or edit surgical data in the browser or on any device and SurgiChart keeps all devices in sync instantly.
The system is a case-centric medical database that uses a unique social-networking method for collaboration. To share cases with others simply invite them to be a SurgiChart Colleague. To allow others to create and edit charts on a surgeon's behalf, simply invite them to join SurgiChart and name them as a Delegate.
SurgiChart will become a surgeon's personal case library. It’s fast, simple, yet extremely powerful. With SurgiChart the surgeon has access to implant records, images, and videos of each SurgiCharted procedure. Since each case is updated during surgery by the surgeon or a Delegate, the case may be instantly shared with anyone the surgeon chooses... Colleagues, the patient, the referring physician. No more waiting for films to be printed to share with the patient's family immediately post-op. The iPad's stunning display lets the surgeon show the family key images of pre-op, intra-op, and post-op films.
* Post surgical cases and SurgiChart can notify others via e-mail
* E-mail charts to collaborate with colleagues and implant representatives
* E-Mail completed cases to the patient, colleagues, and the referring physician
* Use notes and images for case presentations
* Search cases based on custom criteria
