Flash Forward is a show about possible (and not so possible) future scenarios. What would the warranty on a sex robot look like? How would diplomacy work if we couldn’t lie? Could there ever be a fecal transplant black market? (Complicated, it wouldn’t, and yes, respectively, in case you’re curious.) Hosted and produced by award winning science journalist Rose Eveleth, each episode combines audio drama and journalism to go deep on potential tomorrows, and uncovers what those futures might really be like. The future is going to be weird, so let's get ready for it together.

Awesome podcast!
I love this podcast! I got into this medium a little while ago and this was one of the first recommendations I received from people that are more familiar with podcasts. They were spot on! I am a big sci fi fan, and this podcast often tickles my mind and invites the listener to really delve into some subjects that range from far out or unrealistic, to only a step away from our time. I have through this podcast added a lot of books to my To be read list, heard form a bunch of fantastic science taking place right now, and heard interviews from a few of my favorite authors! The only thing I can complain about is that, as a non American listener, I sometimes can’t fully appreciate the nuances of the topics being discussed. Still, a fantastic listen, I fully recommend it to anyone interested in science, society and its future!
