Doug Cockle is an Actor and Director. Until recently, he worked as Course Leader of the BA (Hons) Acting degree at Arts University Bournemouth. In this lecture, he talks us through his career so far; from talking his way into his first professional acting role, to meeting Tom Hanks, and perfecting the voice of a superhuman monster hunter...

Fresh from the 2016 Rio Olympics, photographer Andy J Ryan tells us about his time capturing behind the scenes moments with Team GB, and what it’s like to get up close and personal with the world's best athletes.
Andy graduated from BA (Hons) Photography in 2013, and tells us the story of how he went from running memory cards back and forth at Wimbledon, to lending Mo Farrah his shoes…

Nick Dudman is a multi award-winning special make-up effects artist with over thirty years experience in the film industry. He's worked on Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Batman and entire Harry Potter series.

Nick talks us through his incredible career, starting with his first job working on a small green puppet with pointy ears for Star Wars, to playing with a huge fire breathing dragon on the the set of Harry Potter.
