Description

Ruettgers Gallery for Ancient Coins in the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. A timeline feature ranging from 650 BC to AD 375 puts the ancient coins in their historical and political context, and each coin has complete information on materials (gold, silver, bronze, and electrum), mottos, and making.
