Good grounding exercise

After 2 months of continuously doing breathing exercises, I got much better at grounding. It helps me facing difficult emotion, soothe and ease them, especially when I feel panicked.
Other exercises like ‘read to study’ is more suitable to beginners (I had therapy for 2,5 years), also not very convenient because there’s no place to take note right on the app.
So it’s been a good try.

Don't wanna pay and need to get refund

How to get a refund, I just got the payment a few minutes and I don't use the app at all, but it's still taken my money away, can sbd solve the problem of this, I mean wtf is that :))) more depression or sth????
