On the first Half of today’s show the boys talk about their weekends briefly. We then dive into a conversation about the solar eclipse. Clearly, the eclipse made the boys a bit of a mess – there were many laughs.

GayTalk 2.0 – Episode 378 – It’s About to Get Nuts!
On the first half of today’s show the boys jump into their round table. Jay talks about his Easter and having all the kids over and feeding them a non traditional Puerto Rican Easter dinner. Nick talks about his spontaneous weekend, buying a new car and booking a trip to Hawaii. Tom talks about his Easter spending brunch with Trish and some friends, then family, nap and work.
On the second half of today’s show, the boys jump into the dish. Tom brings up a weird story about a man who killed a 26 year old man in Missouri years ago and how the mans husband secretly worked with investigators to get a confession. Nick then talks about some of the good work the Shubert is doing with arts education and New Haven students. Nick also highlights trump declaring a “National Christian Visibility Day”. We close out the second half with a story of President Biden’s proclamation for Transgender Day of Visibility amid Republican attacks on trans rights.

Segment 1
On the first half of today’s show the boys chat about Nick’s pink pants and him being color blind. We began our round table and it led us into an intense discussion about grief. The perception of grief does not reflect the reality of people and their process. It’s important to meet people where they are, while giving them grace when needed.
On the second half we jump into the dish and talk about Florida students now being allowed to talk about sexual orientation, gender identity after ‘don’t say gay’ settlement. We then move into the potential TikTok ban and end the show with a discussion on the impressive Sate of The Union Address by current president, Joe Biden.
