Where is customer support
1 Searches aren’t working eg try adding a new delivery address, type in your city and nothing happens
2 Nowhere in the app can I contact someone for support (as things aren’t working as expected within the app)
A polished you-know-what
This version of the App looks good and on first appearance seems user friendly but is in fact, complete rubbish. Every refresh on any page like Account or Packages for example fails to load. Have to keep resorting to the mobile web page to get updates and make payments etc.
Updates causing issues
The app used to work fine until I updated it. Now it’s slow, it doesn’t want to load, it times out etc etc. I have to use the website now and have deleted the app
