Ratings and Reviews
Very good, needs finishing touches.
I find the app to be both useful and efficient in almost all areas.
If it were me in control, I would, perhaps, make the app more ‘idiot-proof’. As the other angry reviews all indicate, people aren’t smart enough to figure things out- PUT IT IN THEIR FACES. Don’t make people look through data to figure out what is Black Data and what is regular cell data- HAVE ENTIRELY SEPARATE ENTRIES for them.
Very impressive otherwise- though there is always room for improvement!
Cell C app for I phone.
A more unfriendly app I have never come across. Cell C my advice is delete the app and employ someone who knows how to write these apps. Transferring of data to family is near impossible. It takes it off airtime and not your data. Surely you should have a place where if you don’t use credit cards but purchase airtime it should allow you to load said airtime easily. It doesn’t, you need to do the 147 thing from your cell phone. Please fix this mess.
Poor interface. Average functionality.
The interface is really poor. Looks and acts like an app from 5+ years ago (full screen loading overlays, no visual feedback when you touch something, laggy animations, etc.). For a cell provider to have an app with UI/UX this bad is embarrassing.
The functionality seems ok, but basic. Not much better than just topping up with a banking app or *147#.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
