I love the app as it is very informative and accurate
The resources makes our busy and hectic lifestyle very easy and manageable
The school is always on point and informative about everything and every details of schools and academics

Very basic and cluttered with ads

The functionality is pretty low fidelity. It’s a very basic application with what appears to be the minimum effort to implement functionality. A simple example is: as a new parent I have years and years of unread messages in my message queue. I am unable to use the “unread” filter to see what I may have missed. Surely new members could easily have existing messages marked as read. Or provide an option to mark all as read? The app is also full of ads in between messages making it hard to navigate and differentiate between and advert and a message.

Good day, available content from a school is marked as unread by default, as this is a straight-forward means of determining what has or hasn't been viewed yet. Added functionality for marking all historic content as read is in development.

A subscription option will also be introduced in an upcoming version of the app, which would be an optional feature for removing advertising from the app. We unfortunately can't yet confirm when this will be available.

Not built for purpose - a lot of development needed to make this effective

Very basic app. Should be able to filter and it stays filtered but the filter only works for one search. Lots of irrelevant content. Too many adverts. No ability to archive old messages or delete irrelevant ones. We get so so many communications in our lives, this is supposed to make it easier for schools to communicate but in reality if there is way too much irrelevant information, the relevant gets lost and the communication doesn’t get received in any case. Some thought should go into making it easier for the users to receive relevant communication easily.
