Life saving app
This app is essential to patient care and saving lives in the rural parts of South Africa, where there are (in most cases) no doctor or any other support structure for nurses such as myself. I am on nightshift as we speak and regularly use this app for diagnosis and treatment of all patients in my institution as I am the only one capable of providing care during the night, this app helps me do just that. Keep up the good work and regular updates👌🏻😉👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
When starting the registration process, one needs to have your location known or country registered. Now can’t you make this a manual process because it can’t seem to find my location as I am abroad at the moment.
Really bummed because I can’t use the app 😔
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention, we know about it and are busy fixing it.
Until that version of the app is approved and released I would suggest you try the following steps in order to sign up as a workaround:
-Kill the app (make sure it's not running in the background)
-Launch the app again
-From the initial "splash screen" choose to "Login" instead of the "Create Account" option
-If you are then prompted again for your location permission, please allow it
-Then click the bottom right link to "Sign Up/Create Account"
You should then go to the same "Create Account" screen but the necessary code to actually detect your location should now have executed allowing you to actually continue/sign up
Please let me know if this doesn't work for you. Or any of my instructions are confusing (that's totally possible).
Also make sure that mobile data is switch on if you are not on a wifi connection.

Great app. Im impressed with the constant development and improvement. Its very specific towards south africa in terms of guidelines that is available , which is awesome. Great app peeps. Keep it up.
