I’ve recently been experiencing hacking problems with my Instagram account. The only linked application with a true service orientated portal is Business Suite. I could load screen shots and post detailed descriptions. Most impressively I received a dedicated phone call from one of their agents who assisted me telephonically. Facebook can learn a thing or two from their sister-company here. If only…
Comments issues
I tried to find a place to report issues on your support, but seems like this is the easiest platform. Since about December I’m not able the ‘select’ ALL COMMENTS on our posts. It’s stuck on ‘MOST RELEVANT’ which really creating an issue as it seems like our business just doesn’t care to respond. (Since I can’t access it) and it also seems like messages are delayed, I’ll receive a notification about receiving a message, yet when I access the inbox, it only reflects hours later, which is also a problem when expecting a fast response time. Really enjoying the app otherwise, but it feels like these functions are going backwards instead of improving. Thank you
App CONSTANTLY freezes
I have never written a review before and I’m saddened that my first has to be a complaint.
I was told that Business Suite will make my life easier as I am apparently able manage my Facebook business and Instagram account from once place, schedule posts etc. I haven’t been able to post ANYTHING via Business Suite as it just freezes.
I’ve tried doing a write up and then adding photos. I’ve tried adding photos and then a write up. I’ve tried numerous combos to see if I can find a way that it doesn’t freeze. No matter what I do…FREEZE!
I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled. I’ve ensured the app is up to date. Anything I have possibly missed?
I still post via the separate apps as that seems to be the only way to do it.
The only reason I’m giving this two stars is the fact that I can see comments from both platforms in one place. Otherwise it would’ve been 1.
