Great Helpdesk Experience

I like Freshdesk it doesn’t matter which plan you are using you still able to provide good a support to your clients.

App works ok but requires a lot of improvement

I use this app daily to keep track of my support tickets. I still find doing certain tasks easier and faster from my PC like time logging and modifying ticket types.

I'm also particularly annoyed that there isn't an option to see all my own unresolved tickets. Only can see my open and pending tickets, and if ticket is on any other status I have to manually search through everyone's tickets - this is very problematic when you use freshdesk with dozens of colleagues...

Hi Darren, we're sorry to know that you're unhappy with the app. You can filter out unresolved tickets assigned to you and save it as a custom view from the desktop. Such custom views can be accessed via the mobile app quickly. Hope this helps.
