Pathetic back up service from Zinio!

I resubscribed and paid for 12 months in October 2022 and the App stopped working a week ago. I’m unable to download latest edition of magazine.
Sent several e- mails to Zinio and Apple…..Plenty “ lip service “ from them . Bottom line: Useless bunch and still not working!
