The My Conciergerie app gives members access to a world of exclusive service and privileges easily and conveniently, all at the touch of a button. Members can use the app to make requests of the My Conciergerie team, and also learn about the exclusive offers available. Requests are made simply by chatting directly with the concierge team. Reponses flow just like any other chat you have on your phone. Maps can be shared, and the information is all held together by request or task.
Certain partners have payment arrangements in place which means you can store an MCB credit card in the app and My Conciergerie can handle the payment for you, simply and quickly.
To make our app better for you, we bring periodic updates. Every update of this app includes improvements for speed and reliability. As other new features become available, we’ll highlight those for you in the app.
