Useless

As per all the other reviews, this app is totally useless and none of the functionality that the upgrade promises works in the least bit. A total waste of space on your phone if you ask me. You can basically only see your balances after it takes forever and a day to load. Most attempts lead to the app freezing and crashing. The update delinked two numbers I had with Vodacom so now I can no longer check my data balances on my wifi contract sim. BLEH

Since the new iOS update I have been unable to use your app. I have since deleted it because it only takes up space on my phone. In other words, it has become obsolete. As soon as it opens up it crashes and is thus totally useless to me. This has been ongoing for several weeks. And it is not an isolated problem as my husband is also experiencing it on his iPhone and iPad. Come on Vodacom, up your game. If you want us to use your app, then give us one that actually works.

I feel scammed

I used the app to purchase double data. I selected buy double data and chose the amount. The app then let’s you select a payment method, I chose credit card and completed the purchase. After completing the purchase i only received half my data and had to call the call center. They then informed that if I selected the credit card payment option WHICH the app offered me, I would not get double data. This apps a scam.
