Love seeing all balances
The Vodacom app is enjoyed by all in the family. I can see all balances especially love seeing where your data went...no more wondering what happened. The kids love shaking daily and getting something...only downside is that the puzzles give duplicate pieces, my kids suggest that at least you allow trading. On a serious note, the only thing that’s not easy is checking SMS’s. Enjoying the app overall
Do you even test your app? Or are you skelm??
Purchase airtime. You get the same amount for free…for whats it worth. When you try and convert airtime to data, it displays the wrong balance yet subtract from the right balance. For example you have a balance of R75. You want to buy a 1GB bundle for R85, so you purchase R10 airtime. Your airtime balance is now R85. When you go to buy data, your airtime balance shows R10 and you cannot buy the data until midnight when the free airtime expires! But don’t think you can use that free airtime to convert if to data! If you then buy R10 data to get rid of the free airtime to use your R85 airtime for your 1GB, it subtracts it from your total balance of R85 and you are back at R75 and still cannot purchase the R1GB you originally wanted. Pathetic and useless app. You should start taking control over your developers that don’t understand the absolute necessity of TESTING before releasing!! Your developers are either lazy, incompetent or skelm on purpose.
Voadabugs
You truly are crooked, you actually stole +-700 vodabucks, on a order that was cancelled before I could enter my credit card details😡 lowest of the lowest, why do you even have vodabucs, because there are nothing but rubbish in that store, and when you want to buy something, you actually steel the vodabucks and not return it to my account, previously you could convert vodabucks to airtime, but not any more
Update: you truly are lowest of the lowest, when your prepaid data run out, you can not even access the vodacrap app, , seriously you could at least grant access to your vodacrap app so that a person can buy airtime… now you have to buy via USSD codes, and are then bombarded with crap like: you have purchased 1gb at R12 would you now like to buy an additional 10megabytes @ R20 . Please dont waste my time with that crap
Remember in a world where you can rate a app only 5 stars, anything below 2,5 stars is a negative rating…..
