Link Secret Tribe cards with Family card
I think you can improve this app by being able to link Family and Secret Tribe cards, easier for the customer to have one portal and can see all vouchers loaded for the family and kids on their birthday.
The staff will also be able to apply the points easier, as you can upload your bill by scanning the slip provided by the staff
App is good but needs a lot of work
The app functionality is good but the linkage with the stores is absolutely ridiculous, the reason to order and pay online is to get to the store and collect the food. What happens is you order and pay online and when you get to the restaurant they still confused about your order then start doing it at that time and that +25 minutes wasted so whats the point of ordering online if i will still wait +25 minutes for the food. Fix the ordering system first before pushing this app too much because its purpose ends up being useless

Basic functionality
The app does the bare minimum. The store is notified of the order but not that the payment has been done (which the app requires before processing an order).
There is no option to make use of vouchers loaded to the account which is a deterrent, forcing the use only on sit down meals or unless the order was placed via telephone.
Notifications pull through hours after the order was already collected…
