||Clean#16. A Deadline For Dying||The audio quality is not great on this. It sounds a bit hollow. Roll with it. It's worth it.||31 1 2019||Free||View in iTunes|
||Clean#15. Not Minding That It Hurts||This is a short story that I shared at a panel event I participated in. The question that was asked - "What one thought would you like to leave with the audience for 2019?"||24 1 2019||Free||View in iTunes|

||CleanDaily Mail #783: What A Way To End The Day||I recently watched a movie on Edward Snowden, the guy who blew the whistle on the NSA spying on basically every phone in the world. He ends the movie with a line that I thought is really important. “I have freedom from worrying about tomorrow because I am happy with what I did today.” I like it for a few reasons: 1. It keeps you focused on the now. 2. It holds you accountable for what you did. Not what you said you would do. 3. It’s a great reminder that our lives will be pretty great if we gave our absolute best in every moment. For 2019 I want more days that create freedom in the future. For 2019 I want to end more days with a smirk, knowing that I gave my best. How about you? Acta Non Verba, Erik||15 12 2018||Free||View in iTunes|
||CleanHow To Change The Behaviour Of Someone You Care About||A question I get all the time is "How do I change the behaviour of my partner/friend/loved one?" It's not easy to do. In this episode I share an idea/approach to this conundrum.||22 10 2018||Free||View in iTunes|
||Clean3D-Vision: Creating A Life Of Meaning, Productivity, and Performance||Sure, I might be showing up as the current best version of me. But am I showing up as the best version of who I want to be? This is something I have been pondering now for a while. The thought originated with me after a workshop I did recently. In the workshop I talk about the high-performance state of mind and suggest two lenses through which we can view high-performance.||19 9 2018||Free||View in iTunes|
||Clean#9: First Put The Oxygen Mask On Your Employees||To me, this has a very obvious implication. When people are stressed their emotional and mental bandwidth decreases. This means that they cannot focus on what they need to do for you before they have made sure that they are OK. When someone is overworked, stressed, anxious, and struggling to find work-life balance then it’s very hard to show up at work fully engaged. ||Clean5 Activities For Peak Performance||Many people come to high-performance coaching thinking that they will be taught certain tricks that will make them more productive and effective. In a way, that’s exactly what happens, but not in the way that you might think.||24 7 2018||Free||View in iTunes|
||Clean#7: Becoming Whole: The Fortress of Solitude||Do you ever stop just to be with you? Or do you find that too intimidating a thing to do? Solitude is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. Hopefully, this podcast can convince you to give it a go and in the process learn more about yourself.||13 6 2018||Free||View in iTunes|

Specifically, I talk about the 4 C's of mental toughness as well as two other key constructs. If you want to succeed, you need to be mentally tough.||4 6 2018||Free||View in iTunes|
||Clean#5 On creating content, patience, and mental toughness||It has been a while since my last podcast. In this episode I explore the value of creating content but also the question which should guide the creation process. ||Clean#4: [MINI] A Hand Full of Bullets||I love playing Poker. Here’s a little fun fact for you. The best hand you can get dealt is pocket Aces ( 2x Aces). The chance of getting this hand is 220 to 1. It is also called bullets or rockets. This is not an email about the fact that sometimes we get dealt horrible hands. In fact, it’s not about the hand at all. It’s about you. The player. The decision-maker. Remember this... Your composure, confidence, and resolve are your pocket aces. So, the actual hand you are dealt is merely a side note.||30 4 2018||Free||View in iTunes|

The [MINI] episodes will be short reflections on emails that I have written, conversations with coaching clients, and my life's journey. In this first episode I talk about the difference between wanting and committing.||23 4 2018||Free||View in iTunes|
