Intermittent hang
The software hangs intermittently especially after playing advertisements
Disappointment
One of the worst app I’ve downloaded in recent years. Terrible and thoughtless user interface design. Inappropriate text and object sizing. Slow and buggy; after changing the quality, the control layer seems to not activate upon tapping the screen again. So I’m stuck in the video, can’t skip, exit or make any changes to settings. This seems to the case on the website as well which I thought it might be better when using the app. Downloaded video is deleted upon touching the downloaded button again, no warning prompt is given. Bad flow. Developers needs to put more time and effort in research and be attentive to details. More testing is needed before releasing the app.

Buggy
Was fine the first hour I was using the app. However, an advertisement popped up in the middle of my video and now I can’t view any videos, even the ones I have downloaded. It just shows the thumbnail, and when I jump to different parts of the video, a black screen shows. Help!
